Honda CBR600RR-7
Year: 2007
A superb example of this outstanding bike. This model has received many accolades for its incredible track performance. I can now attest to this having thoroughly tested this absolutely awesome machine over six days at Almeria and Jerez circuits in Southern Spain and 3 days at Portimao circuit in Portugal.
The first 2 days at Almeria I ran the standard tyres which were superb. For the last day I fitted medium soft Michelin race slicks and the transformation was awesome. The steering became much more positive, changing direction is much faster and the levels of grip is amazing allowing wicked lean angles and much higher corner speeds.
Acquired from a vehicle salvage company, this bike had suffered cosmetic damage that resulted in it being declared a category C insurance write-off. The “Provenance” documentation details its full history (warts and all) and includes photographs taken at the time of acquisition.
