TRB - Track and Race Bikes
Many of us treat our track bike as the poor relation to our road bike. Why? Is it because we fear dropping our road bike on the track, or is it because we enjoy the kudos of riding the latest and greatest on the road!
Consider this. We take our bikes to track days for the thrill of truly experiencing their potential whilst escaping the dangers of fast road riding. We attend with like-minded bikers, we enjoy looking at and comparing the bikes, and we like the paddock and bar talk. More importantly, we love riding the track, dicing with our mates and others and pushing our limits.
So why then do we do this on a bike that is inferior to our road bike? Far better, to have the best track tool we can so that we maximise our track experience and, also get the kudos from showing off our bike in the paddock and talking about our bike in the bar after a great day on track.
At TRB we individually craft track and race bikes, either built to order or off-the-shelf. Bikers with the technical inclination and time may choose off-the-shelf as this allows them the enjoyment of tailoring the bike themselves. Others prefer to specify their requirements with our guidance and to let us build their bike for them.
